For all orders, we undertake to prepare and ship the item ordered within 24 hours of the transaction, in order to ensure rapid receipt of your package when the goods are in stock .

For any order delivered in Quebec, 2 to 6 working days will generally constitute the time elapsed between your purchase and the reception of your package, when we have the items ordered in stock . Otherwise, a short delay may apply, for example if we have to order the jewel or make a modification (eg size) before sending it.

Each order is carefully prepared by our team.

In the event of breakage during transport, we undertake to resend the products to you or to reimburse you partially or in full for the damaged products, as soon as possible.
