How to send your items
- Submit your request. Provide your company name, contact information, and the work to be done. You can group multiple jobs in a single shipment.
- Choose how to ship. Arrange transport with your own carrier or request a prepaid label from us. We will confirm the necessary details and the cost before preparing the label.
- Prepare your package. Pack each piece separately and attach a sheet for each job with your reference and instructions. Wait for our confirmation before shipping.
- We take care of the work. Upon receipt, we will inspect the pieces and confirm the interventions, price, and deadlines with you based on the job.
- Receive your finished work. Return shipping fees are added to the invoice for the work. The return is organized according to the terms agreed upon with your company.
Need a shipping label?
Specify "I would like to receive a prepaid label" in your message. Add your Canadian departure address, as well as the weight, package dimensions, and value of the items if known.
After confirmation of the rate and payment for the shipment, we will send you the label via email. For regular clients, shipping fees can be added to the final invoice based on the agreement established with the workshop.
The requested label covers only the journey from your company to our workshop. Return transport will be invoiced with the work. There is no automated label purchase on this page at this time.
Preparing jobs and jewelry
Identify each job with your own reference number, the requested work, and useful details: size, metal, stones provided, engraving, or desired deadline. Protect pieces in a rigid box and keep your proof of deposit.
Shipping service and applicable coverage for the contents must be confirmed before shipping.
