JCG Jewelry Guarantee

We guarantee that any jewelery described as gold is 10K, 14K, 18K gold or platinum.

In addition, any diamond or precious stone has been carefully set there by experts. Rest assured that any diamond or gemstone is of superior quality.

Please note that any diamond or gemstone lost due to a manufacturing defect will be replaced.

We certify that the quality of our jewelry is stamped in compliance with the laws and regulations described by the Government of Canada.

*We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a display error made in prices or other details.

Refund Policy

No refund possible.

Possibility of exchange or granting of a credit note within 30 days of the date of purchase (possible delivery costs).

In the case of a custom order/made-to-measure, or when a modification has been made to a jewel, no refund or exchange is permitted.
